In connection with our customer services

• we want to be even more flexible towards the requirements of our customers
  Thus, we are constantly working towards a more professional consulting and servicing of our customers and this both in our back-office and at sales where we are assisted also with external sales partners.
• we wish to further develop the supply chain within a comprehensive process of cast production, casting processing and quality assurance and we wish to position Esterer foundries more and more as a system supplier of precision castings.
• we are constantly striving to increase our technological standards as regards to production, controlling and processing technologies.
• we seek further internationalisation of our markets. Also in the future our geographical scope will be in Europe. The main focus of our customers will be in chemistry, gear manufacturing, deep mining, pump production, hydropower, food processing industry, production of agricultural machinery, forestry and medical technology.

• we work continuously to extend the lifetime of tribological parts which should have the quality of original parts.
• we wish to further optimise the availability of spare parts through adequate warehousing in order to achieve shorter reaction times within the production process.
