Your entry into a professional career with Esterer

The foundry Esterer Gießerei GmbH offers motivated school graduates two vocational trainings within an interesting environment and with far reaching future perspectives:

• Technical model builder in the speciality foundry
  
  
• Foundry mechanics in the speciality of hand moulding

Both educational programs are certified programs and they last for a period of 3.5 years and they take place in our company and at a vocational school.

According to law for both vocational programs no official graduation is foreseen. Though, we expect a secondary school qualification from our candidates.

Besides we assume that they have craftsmanship and technical skills and good knowledge of mathematics and as regards technical mould making also of physics. Further important skills for working in our foundry are cautiousness and accuracy.
