Consulting
The production of casts is a highly complex process. Accordingly to this we emphasize on high-quality services when consulting our customers in their choice of materials, construction and analyses of mould filling and solidification.

Model making
We produce moulds from wood, plastics and polystyrene in our own workshop. They are made according to the specifications of our customers and we also offer short reaction times for the adaptation of changes.

Moulding process
It does not matter if you need castings in higher quantities or a prototype. We can process your order flexible and efficient and we can adjust to your wishes. This applies as well as to manual and machine moulding and core production.
Materials
With our wide-range of high-quality materials we can satisfy all your wishes. Together with you, our customers, we discuss in detail which material is most suitable for application.

Postproduction
The path to a successful casting is by far not completed with the cast production. Many production steps are necessary to make a casting perfect. Which steps? We can gladly explain them more in detail!

Esterer is more than a mere company name. Esterer is living tradition! And it is a constituent part of the history of our place of origin – the town of Altötting
In 1862 a success story began with the start of operation here in our pilgrimage town in the heart of Bavaria: the workshop and foundry of Josef Esterer developed and became one of the most important economic factors of the region itself.
Today our foundry with our production locations in Altötting and Wurzen is one of the leading foundries in Europe, if you need castings with complex geometries and highly diversified materials.
As a system supplier we cover the production of castings from the very beginning of its supply chain – from construction planning, production, processing, and assembly to logistics.
