Standard Terms of Business
(applicable as from 01.02.2007, replacing the STB's dated 01.01.2003)Our products and services are supplied exclusively on the basis of the following conditions. The purchaser's differing conditions do not apply, even if we are aware of them and we carry out the supply without reserve. Our conditions do not apply vis à vis consumers within the meaning of section 13 of the BGB (German Civil Code). They also apply for all future transactions with the purchaser arising from the current business relationship. All agreements entered into by us and the order for the purpose of performing this contract are to be written down in the contract. Amendments and additions to the contract must be in writing. Our Standard Terms of Business apply in respect of the supply works in Altötting and the supply works in Wurzen.
