Forming processes

Casting
500 kg, 1,100 kg, 1,600 kg, 2,200 kg and 5,000 kg smelting furnaces, with capacity for prototypes and small and medium-sized production runs of individual pieces ranging from 0.1 kg to approx. 4,000 kg.

Heat treatment
Stress relief annealing, normalization, oil or air annealing and hardening, ferritic annealing, soft annealing, perlitizing

Mechanical processing
pre-machining and finishing by means of drilling, milling, thread cutting, honing, broaching and grinding

Quality control
Testing facilities for chemical analysis, thermal analysis, mechanical values, ultrasonic testing, magnetic powder testing, structural testing, checking of dimensions, crack detection and X-ray testing.

DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008, DB-HPQ and Lloyd's Register certified, contract-specific manufacturing and tracking
