General terms and conditions

(effective from 01.02.2007 and replacing the GTC dated from 01.01.2003)

Our supplies and services are made solely according to the following conditions.

Other conditions of the purchaser are void also if we had known them and the delivery was unconditionally made. Our conditions do not apply towards consumers according to §13 German Civil Code. They apply also for further business operations with the purchaser of the current business relationship.

All agreements made between us and the orderer as regards to the fulfilment of this agreement are to be prepared in writing. Also changes and amendments of the contract need to be done in written form.

Our General terms and conditions are valid for the production plant in Altötting.
